Hi-Tech Flyash (India) Private Limited, is a classified Fly Ash manufacturing company, based at Tuticorin, India.

Hi-Tech Enterprises was started in 2004 and it Became Hi-Tech FlyAsh (India) Private Limited in 2006.This is the first Beneficiation Plant started in South India. It is the flag ship company of the Thiraviam Group of companies. The Fly Ash product of the company is quality assured classified fly ash in accordance to interanational standards like ASTM C618, BS En 450 Catogary N and BS 3892 is branded in the name of HITE-POZZO. Exporting quality assured classified fly ash to Middle East Asia, South Asia, South East Asia, Far East Asia and Africa.

It is produced by careful selection and beneficiation of coal based thermal power station fly ash in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment.HITEPOZZO is available in various grades to suite wide range of applications.

Environmental Benefit

1 ton of cement = 1 ton of Co₂. This means partial replacement of fly ash reduces the partial amount of Co₂.conservation of other natural resources and materials.net reduction in energy use and greenhouse gas and other adverse air emissions when fly ash is used to replace or displace manufactured cement,eduction in amount of coal combustion products that must be disposed in landfills.

Binding & Strength

Improved setting time allows more time for working and compacting the concrete mix, which reduces the risk of cold joints. This benefits reduced thermal stress/ risk of surface crack, Uniform concrete surface and high quality finish, Sulphate Attack, Steel Corrosion, Reduce water Requirement, Reduce Friction.

Improved Impermeability

The strength development of HITEPOZZO in concrete is slower than that of cement and the only place where it can form secondary C-S-H gel growth is within the voids left in the hardened cement matrix. Moreover the smaller size and spherical shape of HITEPOZZO enables it to flow in to the voids of cement matrix. Hence the Impermeability in the concrete improves.

Low Heat of Hydration

Only part of the cementitious material (cement) reacts immediately after the addition of water and HITEPOZZO in concrete mix can be achive only after the availability of sufficient free lime that is after a little while only. Hence the heat generated by chemical reaction at a given point of time is reduced and Converting released excess lime into additional binding & strength.
